The elevation features an eye drawing curved window in tribute to the architecture of famous local architect Iwan Iwanoff

Designed for east or west facing blocks the central living area and courtyard is specifically design to allowed maximum light in winter and protection in summer.

The alfresco and courtyard are designed to match the interior to create a visual connection with the outdoors.
