House meets ocean !

This site proved to be particularly challenging with a sharp falls from the street. 

We designed this house so tha the "ground" floor is the main living area and has access to the ocean views.

The undercraft level is a virtual party zone for their teenage children ... Good luck getting them out of the house when they are old enough !
